Hi.
After checking all PCBs on another working machine I found out that the image processor PCB was the issue.
At alibaba.com they say IR2318/IR2320/IR2420/IR2422 use Image Processor PCB Assembly FK2-8238-000 but my machine came with FK3-2127-00 01.
Before buying it i decided to install FK2-8238-000 from working machine. It powered the machine as usual but after scanning process
it fails to print.
I appreciate your advice in advance.

what do u mean fail to print/scan ????/ u first said u had no power up on printer !!!!!!!!!!!

the iR2320N==FM4-0652-000//COPYBOARD/NETWORK model

the iR2320L, iR2318L==FM4-0650-000//COPYBOARD model

all use different IMAGE PROCESSOR PCB ASS'Y's
