    E000568-8001 if I remember rightly is a fault with exit tray on the finisher? check there's nothing blocking the finisher trays, and that they are moving up and down freely

    Yes the finisher is also shipped.
    I cleaned again although I do not know where the spencer is located. Once cleaned I received a error code E000568-8001 . Can you help?

    i bought the machine in UK then exported to Somalia. So the machine is in Somalia now.

    u could have a loose connection to a sensor, or a sensor is out of place.

    printer needs to be stripped down>cleaned & inspected then tested/

    was the finisher also shipped ? & if so> installed properly

    1 year. It's not kept free dust area. I will check it. I am not tech.
    i bought the machine in UK then exported to Somalia. So the machine is in Somalia now.

    Ir7095 paper jump need help

    I have IR7095.The machine hase been kept in store for a while. When switched it shows paper jump but there is no signs of paper jump. I tried to clean the drum an changed the cloth.
    Please help.
