    Canon DADF-U1 thinking legal is 11x17

    I have a canon DADF-U1 that thinks that legal originals or letter size originals that are run the same way are actually 11x17. I've cleaned the sensors & clutches CL1 & CL2 and checked for broken gears with no joy. I went into service mode and tried to turn the rollers on so that I could clean them but they don't spin. Everything else, every gear and pulley and clutch turns except for the black rollers shown in the pix below. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      In service mode copier/option/body...might be first or second level...not near a machine or manual...sens-cnfig ..set to a 1.
      Also in feeder/function/...do the paper guide adjustments for the document tray width VR

          Thanks so much! The document tray VR needed to be re adjusted cuz that took care of it. I have service this machine for years and it's always worked fine so I'm not sure why they needed to be reset...
