[Misc] Canon ir3225 black lines

Hi All,
I have a few copiers here at my site that are printing black lines at the top of the pages. I've replaced the waste toner bins on them but when a user copies or prints, the black lines persist. I've attached an example.Misc.; 2015 Canon Copier.pdf

Change the drum cleaning blade

Where would I find the drum cleaning blade? I'm a noob when it comes to disassembling copiers.

Not the cleaning blade. Change the drum unit. The cleaning blade is in the drum unit.

The drum unit is different from the toner right?

Sorry for the dumb question, I never work on printers and copiers here at work. I mainly work on computer deployments. My site wants me to start doing basic troubleshooting for all printers and copiers now.

Nevermind,I found a video on youtube on how to remove it.
