My customer has the C5250 with the Imagepass B2 print controller and had this error message come up twice in 24 hours. Printer Error Call service representative (wrench showing). Then I had them power down the machine a fiery rip Imagepass B2 and restart the copier and Imagepass B2 and all worked again. Has anyone seen this and what might the cause be?
