Remote Operators kit for C1 will not detect C1 need help !

I have installed the correct Remote operators kit to get into the touch pad and service modes.

The Firey1 will print with the correct IP and so does the XP test print with the same IP.

All the push buttons work on the touch panel and can be operated from the PC ,
everything works except the touch screen

Replaced the FM2 5461 board and no joy.

We cked the touch screen with test probes and fluke meter set on hi omes and we can see the resistance change
as we move fingers across the screen and even cked the flat connector ribbon to the pc board to solid connection.

Then I tried to use the remote kit to access the panel.

the remote kit tries to detect and fails with the proper IP that does works with firey1.
and even test print.

But I am sure I have the proper remote kit version it stated it was for the C1 (NOT the C1+)

Is there something I am missing

I know that I should replace the digitizer next ( I think? )

Someone suggested the MEAP was set to lock it out.

All We did was leave it unplugged for several weeks
and the touch screen just wont track.
