I have IR2010 (Alarm) "Wrong paper size setting"

Cassete 1 A4R and cassette 2 FLSC.
how to set it so that no alarm sounds again ...

HI,
firstly, you can try to take out the 41 RB2-3320-000 1 LIMITER, TORQUE......it is before ROLLER, SEPARATION (at the bottom), if it does not work you can clean all the rollers...( pick up....roller register.....) and check all the flag sensors are working right...it seems the paper slide just a little in its way.....

You can swap the fixing unit.......
