IR C4080 ADF JAM

adf dose not activate when start button is pushed adf light starts flashing and can not be reset normally, copier has to be shut off and on to reset adf. Jam code stored is 0094, I tried another adf same problem I replaced reader pcb and still the same problem .Any ideas ? Thanks

Try the (sens-init) function in service mode selecting the feeder then function - Sens-init.
