To scan in a document and send it to an email address:
1) Place the originals in the feeder and press the SEND button and specify the destination.
2) Press the SEND SETTINGS and press SEND DOC. NAME to add a name to the document being sent and press OK.
3) Press SUBJECT and enter the data to the subject line and press OK.
Note: The subject may be up to 40 characters.
4) Press MESSAGE and enter a message body and press OK.
Note: The message body may contain as many as 140 characters.
5) Press REPLY TO and select the reply-to-address and press OK, then press DONE.
6) Select the file type of the image from the drop down list. Here you may choose between TIFF, MTIFF, JPEG or PDF.
7) Press START and the process will begin.
