[Error Code] E 000110 Error code in Canon IR 2545

Dear all,

Please help me to solve the problem described here.Paper will come upto Fixing unit and paper jam occurs.When i removed the jammed paper and close the door it shows E000110 error.(Canon IR 2545).Also noted that no image is coming on the drum.I replaced the drum unit,but the error repeats.expecting yours valuable suggestions asap.Thanks in advance.

E110 : Failure of the Scanner Motor (M21)

1.Check the cable.
2.Replace the Laser Scanner Unit.
3.Replace the DC Controller PCB (PCB4).

Me also have the same issue after re inserted the drum and developing unit.Please help me to solve this issue.Thanks in Advance

any updates regarding this error code..it happens only when i removed the drum& developing units.How is laser shutter is opening and closing

Maybe this idea heard funny but it nothing wrong to try, I have an experiance on IR4570 that similar disign with your machine. I have tried all the above suggestion with no luck. after I found in this forum about the another solution and its really works

The solution.

you check the grounding plat on the registration roller either in contact or not. if not in contact then correct it and have a try.
this can cause hvt leak detction and drive signal to the dc controller.

bro any update for this error . i got also this error after paper jam clear in canon 2520 . change laser unit , drum but same issue . kindly help me
