canon IR6000 problem

please help me
why when i start my IR 6000 it cannot run only show on control panel.... waiting?????? forever. i try everthing what, change ram and harddisk but it still not o.k. lastly it error code what i found is E 717 00002. email me if some one know what to solve this problem tq.

E717 Connector 1) Is the remote diagnostic device PCB connected securely? NO: Connect it securely. Remote diagnostic device PCB, Main controller PCB 2) Try replacing the remote diagnostic device PCB.
