[Error Code] E020-481 Code C7000VP

I have a C7000VP which is having an issue with this code E20-481 black process station I have swapped the entire station , drum, developer station, charger everything and the code stays the same. Wondering if it may be the DC controller PCB 1-1 it will print a couple pages then code out.

It was throwing E20-385s but you would thing that changing all of these items it would fix it. generally just old or dirty sensors cause these issues. not sure where to go from here. any help would be appreciated. thanks

Lower limit error in light intensity on drum base (reflecting light intensity from the drum surface)
* COPIER > Display > DENS > P-B-P-Y/M/C/K is less than 150.

Cause of occurrence (Highly possible):
Soil on the ATR sensor [*1]

Cause of occurrence (Low possible):
- Faulty pressure for developing assembly
- Broken wire of ATR sensor
- Damaged ATR sensor
- Malfunction of ATR patch detection shutter

This E020-481 code has come back again, I am wondering if maybe it is a connection for the sub hopper motor control on the DC Con 1-2?

other option is possibly to clean out the feeder tube coming from the Hopper AY? Any body have any thoughts on this? thanks
