Change language in Canon Ir400

Guys ,
I am unable to change the language option in Canon Ir400.
Kindly help me out with this.I want to use English language but the language on the panel is some thing which I don't understand.

HEllo, You need the SST and the Firmware of your desired language then run the download process to the contents of the ROM to display the new language.

after the machine boots, go to print options (3rd of top oval button), go to system setting there u might look for language options. this is some idea i can remember doing thing without sst & software.

u need to give patient time as u might not know the language & hence difficult to understand options.

• Hit Additional Functions.
• Select Common Settings.
• Scroll down using the arrows.
• Select Language Switch.
• Select On and choose English.
• .
• if u do not see option for English try this below
• 1. Go to Service Mode, *, 2 and 8, *.
  2. Select Copier.
  3. Select Option.
  4. Select Body.
  5. Press the right arrow and scroll to the 3rd screen.
  6. Select RMT-LANG. For English, it should read en.
  7. To change the language, hit the +/- sign until you find the desired language.
  8. Select OK.
  9. Then power cycle the machine.
• if u do not see en , u need to load new firmware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
