    iRC advance 6075 can't print

    Facing these problem iRC advance 6075 can't print from computer. Have tried install PCL & UFR II driver still can't print. IP address i assume is correct because when i ping there is a reply. Niether from computer to copier or copier to computer there is a reply.

    Is it due need a additional ram ? Please advice and thanks in advance

    Can you confirm ping. One statement says you can ping the copier and another says you can ping from neither computer to copier or vise versa. That's what is sounds to me anyway.

    Assuming you can ping and there is network connectivity.

    Does the job show up in the status monitor log. If so what is the 3 digit error code. Is there any logon function in use such as dept IDs.

    Also hook a laptop directly to it via cat5 cable on the same subnet and see if you can print to eliminate any issue in the customers network.

    Using the UFRII should not be an issue since no license is required. PCL or Postscript of course would need a purchased/installed license.

      If you're able to ping from a computer, then use a Web browser like Firefox or Chrome to verify further that you're looking at the correct model.

      Your posted model might be wrong as there should not have "iRC" in any of Canon Advance series.
