    Canon IR C5185 with H1 Fiery Finisher loses its mind when stapling

    When I send a job to the printer/copier to print and staple it throws the pages everywhere and then staples only a couple of pages.

    Ok..is this fixable?

    Is it time to get rid of this machine? It prints so well and is so cheap to take care of I hate to junk it.

      sounds like the finisher needs to be cleaned and adjusted to stack the papers neetly for stapling. This is a common problem and not a big deal.
      Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.
