Canon IR C3220 paper jams - need parts - advice

I have a Canon IR C 3220 that keeps jamming at the rear of the machine. The photo below came out too small to see where I have it showing the jam, but I can send photos. Anyone have an idea of what I need to replace and where I can get parts? Thanks.

Bit hard to see, but have you checked to see if any seperation claws are out of position? Also the black delivery rollers just near your arrow, have a habit of melting, so check by pressing on them and seeing if they are like "marsh mellows", is it single or double sided? If double sided, take out the fixing assy, 2 screws and see if there is a sep claw underneath that has fallen out.

like posted>> this roller turns to mush/soft poor drive to exit paper

also > make sure that white arm shown in picture is not out of position> other side of it's shaft actuates a sensor on paper exit >
the small plastic bushing near arm pops out of position
