[Misc] Canon Adv C5035 keeps initializing and restart

    Dear all,
I just gotton a Canon iR Adv C5035. All works well.
As usual, we normally initialize the machine before deploying out to customers.
    Here comes the issue.
The initialization will start from 20mins and once reach 11 minute, it will hang for
another 2-3 minutes and restarts again to the initialization process and same thing will happen at
    the 11th minute.

Did the RAM test, was "OK".
I cannot get into the service mode right as once the bar loads finish, it will go to the initialization screen.

What could be wrong? Is there any way i could get to the service mode or bypass this initialization process?

Thank you and hope to hear opinions from you guys soon!

If it has a Fiery, remove it from the equation

Just another way of saying, turn it off or disconnect it.

Your keyword "before deploying out" meant it has been move from 1 location to another. Maybe have to remove out both Mn-Cont PCB and reseat any components (e.g. RAM, etc)

It was from same location whereby before initializing was completely fine.
I still have the Dprint and Pprint.
It just hangs at 11th minute and restarts itself and initialize again and same thing happened.

Changed the Controller-1 and same error..

                what could be wrong?
