Foul odor from the Canon iR 1730.

    Good evening to everybody !

Some customers complain about the odor emitted by the Canon iR 1730, even after a short work.
I checked if behind the two smaller grates on the right side door there fosero installed filters ozone.
Well, are not present, as well as there are no spare parts in the catalog of spare parts.

How can I fix the problem?
    There is this thing happened?

    Thank You !

usually find the smell is due to the machine being off for a weekend or holiday, damp paper being used and the smell comes from the fuser, just dampness...usually goes away when the machine is on for a while and fresh paper is being used.
