Why colored sample? IR7095 is b&w copier!
Appears vertical white line when fotocopy? What about print quality?
How many prints have printer?
Poor text in the middle may cause fixing roller , poor transfer or third thing.Make a force stop and check!
Are you a tech??
Practice makes perfect
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words
If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself
It looks like a humidity or paper issue. I would try to isolate the problem by trying a fresh unopened rim of 20ib bond (white). Run 20 sheets portrait then 20 in landscape. Is problem still there? What's machine reporting as humidity level? Swap out sep / transfer chargers from a working machine or use new. I would start here in troubleshooting.

It look like a fusing problem. Try to wipe the print out and check if you can erase or remove it.
