    iR1024i - permanent jamming

    Hello,
I have a problem with permanent paper jamming on Canon iR1024i.
The first problem that customer had, was the text was decals on page.
We changed fixing film and it helped, but then started problem with cyclically paper jamming after few copies.
The jammed papers are: first in paper delivery assembly and second about half in fixing unit.
It only occurs when the paper is feeded from the bottom cassette.
From the manual feeder it goes perfectly without any jamms.
From another machine Canon MF6540 we changed:
    - D-pick-ups and both feed rollers (older one, but look better from those who were in the device)
    - Solenoid FK2-1412
    - registration clutch FK2-1401
    - OPC unit (from ir10xx series)
    - whole fixing unit
    - electric board, relay PCB assy FM2-4918
    - whole bottom cassette

    All changed without any luck.
    Toner is not original.
What we tested, when the jam occur and we open the left cover the second paper is almost on the first paper without any distance.
It jams in the same position.
When we done paper jam manually on the same place and opened the left cover, the distance between two papers was noticeably bigger.
Please, do you have any suggestions what to check or possibly what to change?
    Machine have 55000 copies overally.
    Thanks.

Make paper jam with one paper and not with two!

Probably sticky sensor flag or similar.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it
A picture is worth a thousand words

Sounds like feed clutch/solenoid is sticking causing pickup rollers to turn continuously.
