Issue with address book Import/Export

Two canon IR Advanced copiers. I believe the 4245 model.

Trying to do this remotely within the RUI.

I export one address book that has about 193 address in the one touch.

On the other copier which has 63 one touches already I select to import and "delete and overwrite". It will say successful but it still only shows 63 addresses.

I tried all the other import options as well with no difference.

Tried rebooting and some import options we had to reboot anyway.

I went onsite and wiped the address book from service mode. I tried the import again and it now shows 63 addresses again even though the exported file has 193.

Then I tried device information delivery which gives me an OK status but no change.

Tomorrow gonna try clearing mn-cont and mmi

Resolved: it was because the source had a fax card with some fax address entries. The destination did not have a fax card so it will not import the fax numbers.
