[Error Code] Error Code 197 Subcode 2000

I have a fairly new Canon iradv 7260 that has the error code E197 Sub Code 2000.Manual indicates a communication prob between DC Cont and UN 5 Fix feeder PCB.Just wondered before I go in too deep whether anyone has come across this problem on this range of mc.Any help or advice appreciated
