I would say your Finisher has an error so you need to check Service Mode to find out what the error is. To switch Limited Functions off you need to press Additional Functions and find the Limited Functions screen and switch it to off. From memory it is either in the Copy Settings Menu or Common settings Menu. Once you find Limited Functions, select OFF and then switch the machine off and then turn it back on.

Well, mensagem addition to this, it presents "finisher cannot be used", but the finisher works normally, and in the service mode, no there error code, in the finisher too. The machine works normally....

Does the finisher staple okay? Or does this cause the suspended message? Try removing the staple cartridge and resetting limited functions, then run it without the cartridge to see if it does not go into limited functions. I have a bad staple cartridge cause a similar problem on a 105.

The finisher staple does okay, and I charged the staple cartridge too. How can I reset the limited functions?

                Try:

                - "*" - additional functions
                - "Limited Functions Mode"
                - set to "OFF"
                - Restart machine.

Well, on the display mode additional functions " * ", it shows me: Common Settings, Timer Settings, Adjust / Cleaning, Report Settings, System Settings, Copy Settings, Mail Box Settings and Printer Settings.

                    Sorry, you're right.....
                    Additional Functions, then "COMMON SETTINGS",
                    - then, "Limited Function"
