We have a probem with copier iR5055, serial: DJR04067 , total : 492616
Error as reported by the copier is E246 only once and after that reports an error e247. In service documentation we could not find anything related to these faults but on the forums I found it was a problem with counters PCB. We tried to change the leading PCB board and the DC controller but we did not solved problem.
PS: I did not try to reset the counter!
