Looks like cyan is missing.
Run test prints PG 10 and single colour PG 5, you should see it on cyan only.
The charge roller is Not sold seperately by Canon. It is part of the drum assembly ( cartrigdge ), -

Ok so the attached picture is portrait. So your running this paper letter-r and your getting the vertical weakness being displayed. Like mentioned, I'd run a test sheet 5 of each colour individually at 128 setting and see if you locate problem drum unit and replace it.
Looking at the picture as if it were printed in portrait I would say you run test sheet 10 find the problem unit unit and replace it.
These are all in one units as mentioned. Once dirty or debris get in here replacement is only option.Comment
