    MF 9220 cdn error E00015.

    Hello I have a Canon mf 9220 cdn with an error e00015. I have checked every thing concerning this error with no results. Originally this machine was checked by another technician who said he changed some parts concerning this error. Any help would be much appreciated.

      What was changed_?

      Removed\Inspected\& Checked the developing disengagement mechanism. _?
      Did tech Replace developing disengagement solenoid. _?

      Did tech Replace developing disengagement sensor. _?

      Did tech Replace DC controller PCB._?
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**

          Am not sure what the tech replaced, am just lost as to where to start with this.

              I would start looking at Sensor, then Solenoid as listed .
