Anybody know how to replace the cleaning web on the 5020 model?

Same procedure as an iR5000.
Take the Yellow fuser cover off.
Remove the two black screw that hold down the cleaning roller assembly and remove the assembly completely.
Remove the old web ,wipe out any pooled up silicone oil from the catcher tray and fit the new web.
We use SELDRUM webs.(FY1-1157-000)
Make sure you clear the counters in service mode..there are two of them.
