What is the issue__?
Have u tried a
"Factory Reset" on imagePASS to factory defaults then re-enter the Network Settings.
The option to reset the imagePASS to factory defaults is found on the second screen of the Setup menu for the imagePASS.

Server imagepass A1 can not start up. It display "please wait" and then reboot. I think software in HDD got problem. How to reset to factory ? I can not access in server menu

This Cable causes issues-------------------------------of "Please Wait" to "Restarting"

Check and or Replace the Open Interface Cable.
This is the black cable that goes to the imagePASS to the machine. Part number FK3-0614-000.

If any>check when booting up>>What does the DIAG 2-digit LEDs show on box_?

FF • imagePASS is not booting. = Check external and internal connections and cables.
E1 • DIMM is missing. = Install or re-seat the DIMM in DDR DIMM2.
00 • imagePASS has booted and is functioning correctly.= No action required.

check your connections ????

TO CLEAR THE CMOS

1. Shut down and open the imagePASS

NOTE: Make sure that you remove the AC power cable from the power outlet before you open the imagePASS and clear the CMOS.

2. Remove the battery

3. Wait two minutes to allow the motherboard electrical components to fully discharge.

4. Re-install the battery

5. Re-assemble the imagePASS and verify its functionality

6. Re-set date and time in Setup
