    Canon IR7105 Jam Code 0110 (PS61)

    Hello!
After suffered from PS61 jams, i changed the sponge roller and metallic roll inside duplex unit, closed to duplexing outlet sensor.
Even i put new parts, jamming is still present with jam code 0110(PS61).I have changes the clutches that drive rollers of duplex and duplexing outlet sensor (PS61), but still the same.
Paper passes through sponge and metallic roller and stops just close to sensor inlet without touching it.This happens when ripping from computer is slow or copying from DADF that normally is slower in duplexing mode.
You can see the attachment below

Check duplex drawer connector on drawer and in machine for paper pieces smushed into it. Pull the tray right out of machine and inspect carefully. Does lead edge make it to PS61? Did you replace actuator also? They wear down after a few million, especially around delivery area, and paper flies over it and doesnt actuate. If lots of copies on unit(7 or 8 million) replaced duplex tray rolls and bearings. Drag will stall the stepper motors in the duplex tray. Not near a manual so I don't know exactly what that sensor is.Just some things to look at
