[Misc] canon imagepress c1+ print problem

hi
i have 2 copier.
C1+ 175K
C1 35K

C1 work perfecly without any print problems.
C1+ has white lines and partial print errors.
i have attached the prints of C1+.
when i print 3 A4 copies . maybe 2 doesnt have problem.
But when i print A3 , it always has this error.


i have change the the parts between C1 to C1+
to find out which part has problem.
1. ITB unit completely.
2. Fixing unit
3. Primary charging assembly
4. Pre transfer charging assemble
5. Both printers Grid plate is new

only i didnt change the c1 and c1+ 's primary charging wire,
but the primary charging assemble works perfect at C1.

Also i didnt swap the drum. C1+'s drum was at 74k.

what wil cause this error.

i have solved the problem...

After replacing new drum and patch image dedection sensor.
1. i have changed the values acording to new sensor. ALF-(F-C-R)
2. Do Full Auto gradation.
3. Calibrate

its all ok now.

Just write the solving for the other members.
