Canon IR Advance C5030 : Program to unlock toner doors

I was given a program to unlock the toner doors on line . Settings/Registration; then hit (Log IN) ; Enter 7654321 in System Manager ID and then again 7654321 in System PIN. Then hit (Log IN). Here's where things go south. There should be a Maintenance Box, Hit enter ,then " replace specific toner" message should come up ,but doesn't. I couldn't find anything in the service manual. Does anyone have a way to electronically open the toner doors to remove the toner. Thank's

you must have to set :
Copier-----OPTION------DSPLY-SW-------T-CRG-SW to "1" (level 2)
then after you change the requested toner return T-CRG-SW to default value "0"
