[Misc] Ir8070 2 sided printout blur

Hi all,

Here I am facing a quite fierd problem of this IR8070, the problem is when I do Copy or Print from engine in 2 sided mode, the image are really blur. only some image can be seen. but for 1 sided mode its ok.

Here are the most parts I tried replace from working mashine without get rid of it, Your opinion are really appreciated in advance.


Here are the parts tried....

Unit 1 assembly, Unit 2 assembly. DV unit, HVT pcb, DV Bias HVT, DC pcb. Main Controller pcb, AC drive pcb, Power Supply unit pcb, potentioal board pcb, reader controller pcb,

only the drum unit I didn't try because I dont think it causing this problem. however I have check around the drum to inspect any wronge on it.


In Single sided it work fine ONLY 2 Sided have problem. and I still look for solution on this machine until today.

Hi All

Here I just want to update you all about this machine.

I have pull back the machine to my office. turn it on and once ready, I tested do 2 sided copy and also single sided. here it ok no problem. I do more copies until 500 and more but still no blur copy.

So WHat Should it be the problem at customer premiss? he has 1 another IR8070 that running smoothly in the same premiss.
