I have canon ir2520 and i am facing problem of printer #0853 (NG). i installed many driver from canon websites i am using windows 8.1 64bit operating system and also using same driver which give canon for this OS.
after some technical person guide i went to service mode for resolve this problem and clear all data. and change the state uk. and now my canon machine change whole things of that copiers. it ok. but when we change settings of this copier. like put ip address or paper size e.t.c. it done. but when i restart the machine then whole setting which i saved before restart has been changed a tried many thing to resolve this issue but no luck. can anyone tell me what will i do for resolve this issue.
