When doing> "Internal Auto Gradation" all 5 test prints are outputted and then displays an "Auto Gradation Suspended " message.

where u working on unit before message
easy stuff first----------------
1- verify that the P-pascal values in service mode matched the cover label ?
2- performed a color sensor initialization !!!!
3- check the frame connector and the reversal unit connector !!!!
( inspect connector J7562 which interconnects the reversal delivery assembly (FM4-7451-000) with the sub unit frame connector > make sure it's not loose)
In parts catalog Figure 350 item 12.
4- can u swap reversal assemblies with another unit__??? ( reversal assembly contains the Color Patch Sensors, and Color Control PCB's.)
5- SL 304 plunger can become dislodged from the color pressure roller and not engage properly.
(Place the plunger back in the proper position. See images below.)
