Canon Ir2200 error E000355-0001

hi everyone i have a canon ir2200. it has been working fine but i switched it on this morning and i am getting this error code. E000355-0001 i have looked at the service manual and the code isn't in there?
Any help would be greatful. thanks

I think from memory(always dangerous) that code is the image reader pcb.
Usually happens after power fluctuations.
