    iR7105 E568-8001

    Hi
I am getting an E568-8001 on the finisher of a 7105. The machine prints 100,000 prints A4 single side without any problems and then sometimes all of a sudden pops up the E568 after the last page has come out . I have checked and interchanged the motor and sensors from a different unit .
Finisher DC PWB .I interchanged the finisher with another machine.

Problem persists. Any advises on where should i start digging .
    Thanks

Could be Static Issue.\ or a 24v drop off_?

*********issue can be caused by a static charge build up in the Upper Feeder assembly.
Inspect the Upper Cable Guide for proper installation (a blue grounding wire harness) shown in Fig. Q37 . Upper Feeder Assembly 2/2
Check for loose or missing grounding screws.

Right on teckat . The grounding screws were missing . Grounded the wire and my problem vanished. Thanks picture man :-)

              COLOR HAND.jpgwelcome !!

those grounding screws on all printers are important/
usually missing on refurbs, techs not putting them back in locations,

sometimes had to determine they go (look for impressions, checking parts book )

believe it or not:: usually missing on some pcb's, guide plates, the back metal covers/ when removed from back cover of the old CLC's 1100 series> caused weird static buildup = false jams=false errors.
