    every body
    I have mf9170c machine popping E000001 code can some one give me any detail on this code or let me know what causing it .is it fuser or power supply .

    Remove fix unit_check sleve conditions.

      It's overheating.Probably bad fixing sleeve unit.If you have sub code 0000 then main thermistor detect overheating.Sub code 0001 is the status where the detected temperature of the sub thermistor is overheating.Of course also can be DC.

        i did check the sleeve it is kind of bad from side .
