IRC 2380 dont send emails but forwarding fax work.

Hi all,

I have a problem on a Canon irc2380i.
When a try to send one email i select the email and press ok and on the screen appears one message saying "Converting Image...." and stuck there.

I have fax forwarding to email and works fine, if one fax arrive the machine send normaly to the same email i try early.

I see all the configuractions and i all ok I have 4 others machines and all work fine.

Can anyone help me???
