    [Jamming] iRADV6255 constant 0094 jam.

Have had a paper jam at some stage and now for last few days and now the doc feeder tray doesn't even lift to rollers which also dont even drive. As soon as paper goes in, you hit the copy start button and straight away the jam appears. Systems software updated, df driver, and sensor init done - ok. at loose end now and all hasn't changed the jam. tried the reader back and restore to no avail and same with r-con clear as last resort.

    Any help much appreciated!

Title : The green LED on the document feeder does not light and the tray does not lift when the paper is inserted into the feeder.

    Problem :
The green LED on the document feeder does not light when the paper is inserted into the feeder.

    Solution :
The problem has been found to be a broken sensor actuator arm that is molded into the lower document tray.

0094 is usually caused from one of 4 sensors. pcb2,3,4,or 5
You can use I/O mode to figure out which one has a problem

1 There might be a torn piece of paper blocking the prism on the black metal guides after the pickup rollers.
Feed a piece of paper or cardboard through the guide, and see if anything comes out.
2 There is a small black plastic attached to the far left metal guide, check if it is loose .The double sided tape sometimes gets lose. You can figure the correct place to glue it back or replace the guide.sen
3 Sometimes the sensor is faulty`

The other 2 prisms may be loose or blocked, but not usually.
