    IRC1028iF ADF not always detecting paper!

    I have this problem with one of these machines where if the user loads an original into the the ADF it does not always recognise that paper is present so does not feed it. I have no manuals for this machine as I am a KM engineer. I have tried to reproduce the problem on site but it always works for me. I have checked the paper detect actuator and sensor and they are both OK. Anybody had this problem?
