That error code has to do with toner dumping down into the sensors on the process unit.

They came up with an update for that. Part numbers FM4-5751 for the three colors and FM4-5752 for black.

In this case the sub code 003 indicates black. remove the covers and circuit board from the front of the

process unit. You should see toner sprinkled on the sensors. Vac it out, clean the sensors and replace these

parts. You should be good to go.

A cheat might be to put tape on the existing parts to block toner from getting to the sensors but I feel its better to

      replace them.

E025 is when the photo interuptors for the devs are covered in toner, open the front door and right in front of you, above the waste toner bottle is a grey cover, that covers a pcb. 3 screws and the cover comes off. there are 4 interuptors, one for each colour, you will prob see when the cover comes off, there is alot of toner caught on the inside of the cover. you will see 3 of the interuptors easily, the 4th one, yellow is a bit harder to see, you will have to take off the cover at the far left hand side with the door magnet on. 3 screws for that, then you will see the yellow interuptor, blow them out with a blow brush and then you should be happy days!

I learned the hard way that just airing those sensor out is only a temporary fix. The updated parts makes it go away for good.
I hated taking the thing apart to get to those sensors.
