Hi, I have a problem that IR7095 not copying any. white paper comes out. cartridge is full. can any one help what is the cause? your help is appreciated

Examin the Developer unit, make sure there is toner on the visible area of the Mag Roller
If no toner visible, unit may not be turning_?

I checked there is toner but remember the copier is not new. it should always be toner their. Do you think some thing else would cause?

Good chance its the drum not turning, and the coupling on the drum is damaged

Is your developer bias lead (red wire white connector) plugged into the developer unit? Also like the other tech said make sure the coupler on the front of the drum is positioned correctly and not broken.

This might be stupid, as it has been years since I've worked on Canon equipment.
Still, as ugaa said this only happens when copying, so this is probably more likely an issue with the scanner than any other part of the print engine.
