[Misc] canon ir5075 Mail Boxes and Print are only available options

I have a machine that would not boot up yesterday it would freeze at the boot up screen half way through the fill bar when it is displaying the wait message. I have changed the fuser, switched the hdd with another I knew to be good, resulted in a 602 code, put the old drive back in finally got to service mode then tried a hdd check sm locked up hdd clear locked up. Clear mmi locked up would not go to sm2. Finally I performed mcon clear that worked brought the machine up but all I have available are the mailboxes & print. I tried a firmware update to no avail. I can print reports put in the ip for printing but I have no copier can or fax modes. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Boot ROM ??

Going Bad Memory / remove>clean ends>re-seat

Check your internal HDD connection cable

To test> Disable Fax Kit if installed
