why ir6000 can't boot the system

what wrong with my ir6000 can't boot the system it just show waiting on the panel screen.
it try reset the error and dc control, but the the problem can't solve

Are your fuser lamps on? Had please wait problem and was cracked fuser connector which produced no error code. (just wait message but no fuser lamp )

open the front door and see if the message changes to close the duplexer?
