    ______________
    Stop double scan=
    SERVICE MODE>COPIER>LEVEL 2>OPTIONS>BODY>SCANSLCT to 0

    Those E codes=
remove all the sub-boards and clean all the contact pins on the boards and re-install in the Main Controller.

    See pic link.

There is a pub on this , for cleaning & repositioning them.

See Pub., disregard listed models & errors in pub,
    Cleaning helps.

        reagrds,
        ================================================== ==============
On the imageRUNNER C5185 series the Finisher, the Reader and the Pedestal / Cassette Feed Unit all communicate through the Cassette feeding Unit / Pedestal Controller to the print engine.

If the print engine looses any communication to any of these accessories one or more of these error codes will occur intermittently.

        UFR PCB error
        E731
        Check the UFR PCB connections

        Reader Communication Error
        E732-0001 = DDI-S communication error >
Check the connections between the reader controller PCB and main controller PCB. Check the power supply of the reader.

for some reason this error also effects Cassette Pedestal Power Plug (RE-INSERT)

Error of the Main Controller PCB

        E748
-48XX = CPU lock was detected at activation
Remove and insert the main controller PCB (Sub RB-A). Remove and insert the DDR-SDRAM.
