Replace pickup clutch , solenoid, pickup/feed/separation rollers and gears and still have change paper size error tray 1 after delivery. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Could be a Defective Size Detection Assy. { FM2-3319-000 }
Is the lead edge of the copy varying by a half of inch during copying ?.
--Have u inspected \ changed registration flag,
--Registration Sensor Actuator spring was tightened by adding a wrap_?
--Did u replace the Registration Clutch_?
"'Paper is not correct. Change paper.'" is displayed when copying from the Glass or the Feeder.
Workaround :
This error message can be caused by a broken or misaligned Position Block (shown below, Figure 310/312 in the Parts Catalog). If the cassette does not seem to be locking into place, this part may be the cause. In some cases, applying pressure to the front of the cassette will temporarily alleviate the problem.

1.Letter size paper is in tray 1. Legal in bypass. Feed perfectly from bypass
2.Message only shows when feed from tray 1. Did not try feed legal from tray 1 will do that when I visit customer again.
3.Only have one tray. Its a 2016; customer did not get extra tray
4.It refeed pape from copy tray1

I put legal size paper in tray 1 and it feeds properly. When i replace with Ltr size paper I get change paper size message after delivery of paper.Comment
