Dear All ,

is theres any soultion for this machine the problem is it reverse the charge i mean that the paper exit full black and the words in white ,this is very famous in this series so we change the DC and it works normally ,my question is any company can repair the DC PCB if theres in china or any where please give me the email or the website to contact them .

What I see is that you are looking for a REMEDY, whereas, inversely
You could have looked for a PREVENTION.

Since this is a recurring fault, it is apparent there exist a certain situation that is responsible for that, a COMMON cause. As such, it could be logical to find the cause and derive a preventive measure.
I have dealt with several of this model and never had once come across this kind of fault. But if this is common at your place, it is easy to associate it with issues like Local electricity, production Batch, etc.

Try to find out if they belong to same batch of Serial Numbers.

HOWEVERTHOUGH, someone can tell that he can make more money by selling the Remedial solution than selling the Preventive measure!
