[Error Code] ira6065 with 020c

Evening All,
I'm looking for some help with a 6065 which jams every copy from the bottom two trays,A3 and A4R,
it jams with a code of 020C or 0105, the two top A4 trays work fine, have changed the vertical path sensor PS25 and checked the actuator which also seems fine. Any Help would be appreciated,

020C jam codes Tray 3.
-The paper pick up assembly was checked/ or replaced
-Is jam Paper half way between the lower door and upper right door.
-Have you swapped Cassettes
-Checked both vertical path rollers for clean rotatation by testing the unit with the lower door actuated.

If the lower door is pushed in > will the paper feed OK ??/ If OK > Suspect below !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hinge / Roller pressure issue

The lower door hinges have a part number of, FC8-7352-000, plate hinge and the lower door has a part number of, FM4-0943-000, vertical path assembly. Check the image below for reference.

Clean the Oilite bushings on the vertical roller for the right pickup assembly. I have seen these bushings cause vertical jams. Try turning the roller assembly(2 grey rolls on it). If there is any drag or resistance, the stepper motor will stall...paper stops right at the vertical roll. You can swap right deck,cas 3 and 4 pickup assemblies on these machines.....finally right deck is same as cassettes!!!! These new Advance machines have stepper motors(which stall when loaded),unlike older machines with powerful DC motors and clutches that don't stall. Same issue with delivery bushings on these machines. Clean them but DO NOT OIL THEM or they will gum up again(oil plus paper dust equals sludge)

I have had to replace the paper feed drive assembly on this model. Paper would feed out a few inchs and jam. I don't remember the jam code but there is a one way gear in it. Canon web site recommended cleaning the bushings on the drive unit but on mine they were ok. Easier if you have the service manual instructions on how to remove.

JUST A QUICK UPDATE, ORDERED THE RIGHT HAND LOWER DOOR AND TWO NEW HINGES AND THIS HAS CURED THE PROBLEMS, THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR ASSISTANCE WITH THIS FAULT
