    Canon ir2545i finisher problem

    Dear all,

    a brand new machine ir2545i installing to my client with finisher ,the problem is when we install the finsher and turn the machine on the finisher didnt work at all , we change the power supply and same issue also we make a clear all same problem ,we turned it back to canon co they told us its a finsher dc problem ,my question how"s the dc burn and the finsher connecters couldnt install in a wrong ports ,actually i didn't believe that its a mistake from my technicians ,i think its a factory defu any one face this before.

    The inner finisher B1 also needs additional power supply U1

    You did fit this also?

    If not the machine jams in the right door, I have done it.

      Hard to believe_ but all tech's make a mistake now & then.
      Especially when they forget to remove plug from outlet (in a hurry, or late in day, or looking to that weekend rest), it happends.

                Inner Finisher-B1 Built-in finisher
                Power Supply Unit-U1 is required/ did u check voltage supply
