[Jamming] Ir 3300 - jamming!!! Please help

I have canon IR 3300, yesterday after making some copies it started jamming every other page. By the end of the day it wouldn't even print the copies anymore it is giving me a "jam paper" error but there is NO jam. I have checked the machine removed the trays to make sure I didn't miss anything and nothing is jam but as soon as I trying printing it gives me that code. Please help!!

Probably the cassette rollers are worn out and the paper isn't making it out of the cassette. Do the other trays feed paper, what about the bypass? If they work, it's the rollers. What is the jam code?

I think you might be correct on the rollers. The other trays do not feed paper either. I can hear it trying to feed the paper through then it stops and i get the jam paper error. It's not giving me a code just saying I have a paper jam.

If it is jamming in all trays it could be rollers. But if that fails. Swap the whole pick up assembly. You will have a better indication if you note down the jam code. It can pin point location and type of jam which would help you a lot regarding troubleshooting.

Does it have the internal finisher on it?
Also check the top of the 3-way unit there is a sensor on the top of the 3-way unit that tells it the paper is there and ready for a return journey but it has a habit of falling off and then saying there is a paper jam when there isn't one.

I'll never figure out why techs insist on guessing what's wrong when 95% of the time there is a jam code telling them exactly what went wrong.

And also most times it even shows pictures telling you exactly which sensors have been triggered and where the paper is jamming.
In a canon you can go into service mode and it will tell you what was the last jam and give you a side view of the section and description with a picture of where the sensor is.
